Call Status Notifications

Call Status notifications can be viewed at the top right hand corner of the Monitor Technicians screen. To learn more about navigating the notification bar see Admit, Discharge, & Transfer Notifications. Call status notifications can be answered, put on hold, or ended. The green Answer button answers the incoming call.

Active incoming and outgoing calls can be placed on hold, using Hold button, or picked up by another user. The user can also end the call using the End button.

The monitor technicians can also resume an incoming call using the Resume button. On the same screen, the user can also end a call using the End button.
