Accessing the Mobile Overview Section
To access the Mobile Overview section, begin by selecting the Mobile module on the left side of the screen in the navigation menu. The Mobile Overview will appear as the first section at the top. Click the upward facing arrow on the right to expand the window.

This section displays a donut graph that reflects a statistical summary for the following four categories for the entire reporting period:
- Action: Percent of distinct notifications that were read by at least one recipient and had at least one response that is classified as an action.
- Review Activity: Percent of distinct notifications that were read by at least one recipient and had at least one response that is classified as a Review Activity but had no responses classified as an action.
- Read, No Response: Percent of distinct notifications that were read by at least one recipient but did not have a response by any recipient.
- Not Read: Percent of distinct notifications that were not read by any recipient.
Hovering over the graph content or the label will present a tooltip detailing the category name, the category's percentage, and the category's definition defined above. The number that appears in the center of the donut graph reflects the total number of distinct notifications that were sent for the reporting period. Selecting the ≡ icon in the top right corner displays multiple options such as:
- View chart in full screen
- Print chart
- Download graph as PNG, JPEG or PDF image
- Download in CSV, XLS format
- View graph as a data table
Mobile Overview Table
The Overview Table displays below the donut graph and contains aggregated data by month over the selected reporting period and notification characteristics selected in the filters. The following metrics are present in the table:
- Reporting Period: Time period in which notification was sent.
- Month: Month and year of warning creation date for notifications in selected reporting period
- Total Notifications Sent: Distinct notifications sent. If a notification is sent to multiple recipients, it is only counted once.
- Percent Notifications Read: Percent of distinct notifications that were read by at least one recipient.
- Percent Notifications with Response: Percent of distinct notifications sent that had at least one response (either Review Activity or Action) by any recipient.
- Median Notifications to Response Time (min): Median (50%) time from notification to first response (by any recipient).
- Percent Notifications With Action: Percent of distinct notifications sent that had at least one response classified as an action by any recipient.
The default table sort is by the "Reporting period" column in chronological order. The table can be re-sorted by selecting the ascending/descending arrows in any column next to the columns' header title. Hovering over a column header will display the metric's definition.
