Navigating to the User Access Overview section
To access the User Access Overview section, begin by selecting the Usage module on the left side of the screen in the navigation menu. The User Access Overview will appear as the first section at the top. Click the upward-facing arrow on the right to expand the window. This section provides insights into user trends over time, showing which applications are being accessed and the frequency of usage.
User Access Totals
This visualization presents the 'Unique Users' measure as defined in the Usage Module Overview over the time frame and group by selected in the filter menu. The user Access Total graph illustrates the user numbers across the organization over time, offering insights into fluctuations in adoption rates. It serves as a tool to monitor application usage throughout the implementation process, enabling stakeholders to gauge effectiveness of the rollout strategy.
Top Users
This visualization presents the 'Unique Users' measure as defined above, grouped by user in order of those that have accessed applications most frequently over the selected time range.
Analysts can quickly identify top performers by assessing their usage patterns displayed in the table. By clicking on a user, a detailed view expands, revealing additional information such as the user's name and a breakdown of their applications used to view Rothman Index in relation to the total number of views.
Clicking the '≡' icon provides the option to download the file in either Excel or CSV format. Additionally, users can use the front and back arrows in the bottom right corner to navigate through the list.
Users Access Details Table
User Access Details Table shows the underlying data that supports the unique metric, adding in additional attributes for analysis including the number of logins by application.
Below the User Access Totals visualization and the Top Users List, users will find the User Access Details List, which includes the following information:
- User ID
- User first name
- User last name
- User login date
- Total login analytics
- Total logins (Trend EHR)
- Total logins (Trend)
- Total logins (Mobile)
- Total graphs viewed (individual)
- Total risk levels viewed (individual)
