SafeNSound Mobile Heartbeat Application
This App sends mobile alerts using quick messages to the caregivers that are assigned to monitor the specific patients. The Mobile Heartbeat App can be found under Communications in the App Store under the Administrator Tab.
Messages Include:
- Low battery
- Replace battery
- Off Monitor
- Leads off
- Check leads
- SpO2 Off
- Priority Event
Mobile Heartbeat Settings
The settings in this Mobile Heartbeat App are:
- Service Endpoint - This sets the endpoint location for Mobile Heartbeat.
- Encryption Key - Encrypts communication between Spacelabs SafeNSound and Mobile Heartbeat.
- Facility - The facility setting allows the user to filter the section, use the facility name, or the facility HL7 name.
- Department - This department setting allows the user to filter the section, use the department name, or the department HL7 name.
- Room - The room setting allows the user to filter the section, use the room name, or the room HL7 name.
- Bed - The bed setting allows the user to filter the section, use the bed name, or the bed HL7 name.
