Accessing the App Store
The SafeNSound app store can be accessed under the administrator tab.
Communications Apps
Below is a list of apps included in the communications group. These apps are designed for mobile connectivity, alarm notifications, and quick messaging and calls between caregivers. To access the services provided by these applications, make sure to use the toggle at the top of the box.
- Mobile Heartbeat- This App sends mobile alerts using quick messages to the caregivers that are assigned to monitor the specific patients.
- Twilio Calls- This App is a third-party communication platform utilized to make, receive, and record calls to and from the monitor technician room.
- Quick Messages-This App is a third-party communication platform utilized to send and receive quick messages to and from the monitor technician room.
- Smart Alarm Interface- This app offers the capability of sending secondary alarms directly to the caregiver.
