Managing Facilities

1. Select Administrator icon. 
2. Select Facilities tab.  

To Add & Edit a Facility 

1. Click + located at the top right hand corner of the screen to add a facility. 
2. Select General tab.  
3. Select each of the settings to create the facility:
   • Facility Name
   • Facility Account ID
   • Facility HL7 Name
   • Spacelabs Network ID
   • Spacelabs Farm ID
   • Time zone (drop-down menu)
   • Min ADT per hour
4. Select Save.

To edit a facility, click the edit button for the selected facility. 

Shift Settings

The shift settings allow each facility to have customized shift times.

To Edit Shift Settings

1. Select the start and end times from the drop-down for each shift.
2. Select Save.

Wristband Configuration 

1. Select edit next to any facility to allow the above wristband configuration settings to be modified.
2. Select Save.
