Accessing Patient Management Reports

  1. When logged into SafeNSound, select the Reports icon along the left navigation bar.
  2. Locate the Patient Management category.
  3. Select the specific Patient report to display.

Orders Report

  • Review all patient telemetry order details.
  • Identify patients without orders, average time to assignment, and acceptance.
  • Determine if there is a Delay of Care within the facility and work to improve average times.
  • Searchable Dates: Option to select custom date from the drop-down calendar or select Today to view latest data. Or use the search bar at the top of the screen.
  • Searchable Facility/Units: Option to filter specific Facility or Unit.

Flagged Events Report

  • Displays any Flagged Event associated to a patient within SafeNSound.
  • Quickly evaluate important patient events and details.
  • Selecting the Review button allows you to view the flagged events.
  • Searchable Dates: Option to select custom date from the drop-down calendar or select Today to view latest data. Or use the search bar at the top of the screen.
  • Searchable Facility/Units: Option to filter specific Facility or Unit.

Scanning Compliance report

  • View all Scanning Compliance events within SafeNSound.
  • Determine if users are compliant with the Bedside scanning process.
  • Establish validity in the reason for noncompliance and identify the caregiver with an issue.
  • Searchable Dates: Option to select custom date from the drop-down calendar or select Today to view latest data. Or use the search bar at the top of the screen.
  • Searchable Facility/Units: Option to filter specific Facility or Unit.
