Accessing Communication Reports
- When logged into SafeNSound, select the Reports icon along the left navigation bar.
- Select from the Communication category or any other report categories listed on the left.
- Select the Quick Messaging or Voice Calls report to review.
The Quick Messaging Report
- This report gathers together all the quick message details sent within SafeNSound.
- Determine communication compliance between user quick messaging.
- Select any time range, or custom select dates using the calendar.
The Voice Calls Report
- This report provides a review of all Voice Call details made within SafeNSound.
- Determine communication compliance between user phone calls.
- Select any time range, or custom select dates using the calendar.
