Turnkey Print to PDF Waveform Operations

This chart show a typical workflow for the print to PDF process

Default Folder Structure of C:\Program Files (x86)\Spacelabs Virtual Print Services:

  • "Error" is for prints that error

If you print anything that is not from clinical access it will go to the error folder (like a test print).By default the error print will stay in the error folder for 7 days. You can find the error folder at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Spacelabs Virtual Print Services\error".

  • "Manual Reprocess" is where you can drop pdf’s to be reprocessed. For example if they accidentally have c:\SLReports selected instead of the printer then you can manually copy all the saved pdf’s to this folder to processed.
  • "log" is where the logs are stored
  • "prints" is the default folder for prints.
  • "driver" contains a copy of the printer drivers.
  • "HL7/out" is hl7 messages waiting to be processed
  • "Hl7/archive" is for hl7 messages that were successful
