Access & Logging In

Rothman Index is accessed through a web-based URL leveraging the customer’s identity management framework for user authentication and authorization. Authentication is consistent across all Spacelabs applications. Upon accessing the RI URL, the user will be prompted to enter their system username and password to log in, if not automatically authenticated thru Single-Sign-On (SSO).

Upon successfully entering the username and password, the end user will be presented with:

  • For RI Trend, the Array View page
  • For RI Mobile, the Patient List View
  • For RI Analytics, the Outcome Module
  •

If the log in credentials are not successfully authenticated against the customer’s identity provider, the end user will receive an invalid username or password message.

When a user's session expires they will receive the message " Your session has expired, please select the button below to continue use". A button titled "Click for Access" will be available and the user will select that button to return to the application.

In the event that the user does not have authorization to use the application, the page will present the message "You do not have permission to access the application; please contact your IT support department".

Access Security

As a browser-based application, SSL is required for use with RI Trend.
