Accessing Communication Reports

  1. When logged into SafeNSound, select the Reports icon along the left navigation bar.
  2. Select from the Communication category or any other report categories listed on the left.
  3. Select the Quick Messaging or Voice Calls report to review.

The Quick Messaging Report

  • This report gathers together all the quick message details sent within SafeNSound.
  • Determine communication compliance between user quick messaging.
  • Select any time range, or custom select dates using the calendar.

The Voice Calls Report

  • This report provides a review of all Voice Call details made within SafeNSound.
  • Determine communication compliance between user phone calls.
  • Select any time range, or custom select dates using the calendar.
