The Patient list screen is the default view displayed upon successful sign in. To access the Patient list from other screens, select the “clipboard” icon located in the footer navigation menu. The Patient list screen will list patients displayed on cards containing the following details for the patient’s current visit:
- Patient Name (Last, First)
- Age
- Patient Location (Unit-Room-Bed)
- Patient Diagnosis
- Current Warning Created Date/Time (if applicable)
- Current RI Score
- Current Warning State (indicated by warning severity's lateral color bar and warning severity text above RI score)
Note: If the patient is on the signed-in user's Watchlist, then the Watchlist icon will display.
If options were selected in the filter menu, the Patients List will be updated to show only patients that meet the criteria selected. The end user can access a patient’s detailed Patient Specific View by tapping on the patient’s card.
Patients can be added and/or removed from a user’s Watchlist by swiping left on a patient’s card, and then selecting the presented option to “Add to Watchlist” or “Remove from Watchlist”. For more information, please refer to the “Watchlist” section.
Default Sorting
When reviewing the user’s selected assignment, the Patients List is sorted by the following categories:
- Patients with the most recent warning time will appear at the top.
- If two warnings have the same warning time, the highest severity of warnings will display first.
- If two warnings have the same warning time and severity, the warnings will display in alphabetical order by last name.
- Patients not currently in a warning state will display below patients in a current warning state and precede patients who have no current RI.
- Patients with no current RI will be sorted alphabetically by last name.
Warning "Created At" Date/Time
The Warning time is triggered off warning created date/time, not RI effective date/time. Please refer to the Warning Logic section for additional information.
Refresh
A refresh automatically occurs every 3 minutes. Swiping down on the Patients screen will trigger a manual refresh.
