Oxygenation Report
The Oxygenation Report is utilized to evaluate patients vital signs, waveforms, and alarm events for SpO2, Heart Rate, ETCO2, and Respiratory Rate during sleep studies and ambulatory evaluations.
Creating an Oxygenation Report
The Oxygenation Report is located in the quick links tab. By clicking the '+' button on the bottom right corner of the patient tab and selecting the reports icon.
The user then has the ability to save or save and sign the report.
Reviewing the Oxygenation Report
- Log into the SafeNSound application.
- Click the appropriate patient.
- Click the Documents tab from the list on the left.
- To view the report, click the Review icon to the right of the completed test.
- View the report and click Passed or Failed.
- Click Save and Sign.
(The first time, you will create a signature associated with your login.) - Send to the electronic medical record.
