User role permissions dictate what actions or tasks users are allowed to perform within a system or application. These permissions are typically organized into roles, and each role has a set of predefined permissions associated with it. Users can be assigned to different roles based on their responsibilities or job functions, and their access and capabilities within the system are determined by the permissions assigned to their respective roles.
